Dr. Stockstill is an Associate Professor, Director of Orthodontic Research and Director of Undergraduate Orthodontic curriculum with joint faculty appointments in the Department of Orthodontics and in the Department of Oral Biology and Maxillofacial Pathology. He holds Diplomate status (Board Certification) with the American Board of Orthodontics, and has specialized training in Orthodontics (certificate-University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry) and university-based training and certification in Temporomandibular Disorders (TMJ) and Orofacial Pain (certificate-University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine). Currently, Dr. Stockstill maintains a private practice limited to Orthodontics for Adolescents and Adults, and to the diagnosis and treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMJ) and Orofacial Pain. Special emphasis is placed upon the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent and adult cases requiring multidisciplinary dental care in Orthodontics and in Temporomandibular Disorders and Orofacial Pain (TMJ) cases requiring medical and dental intervention.
