Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash, check or most credit cards are accepted. Assignment of benefits are accepted for most insurances. Commitment To Appointment Policy - The doctors and hygienists in the Dental Practice Group have a major commitment of their time to the students they teach here in the School of Dentistry. Therefore, their time is very limited for private patient care. When they reserve time for their patients in our practice they rarely keep their patients waiting. An appointment written in their schedule with your name on it is a bond of trust that we will be here to serve you and you will be present for that appointment. Therefore, our office policy in this regard is firm. You must be present for all scheduled appointments. We do not allow no shows or constant short notice changes. We may charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and you may be dismissed from the DPG for multiple failures. (We do not accept recorded messages as appointment cancellations or changes.)
